Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:Location:San Pedro Garza García, NLE, MX, *****Job Requisition ID: *****DescriptionAs an HR Evolution Analyst, your main responsibility will be to coordinate the transition, stabilization and evolution resulting from the transformative general effort of human resources processes and technology.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport the design, implementation, testing, and continuous improvement of HR digital solutions, self-service services, and employee support experiences.Develop, configure, and govern AI-powered HR solutions, virtual assistants, and conversational agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and SAP Joule and/or related technologies.Backoffice Vendor – HR Digital Solutions: gather business requirements, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage stakeholder feedback, and support solution deployment and adoption.Partner with HR, IT, Global Enterprise Services, and external providers to identify automation opportunities, evaluate emerging technologies as well as AI capabilities, improve processes, and support HR system integrations.Analyze HR operational data, employee feedback, digital adoption, and AI usage to develop dashboards, KPIs, and actionable insights on service performance and employee experience.Prepare project updates, executive presentations, and progress reports to support decision-making.Manage enhancement requests, troubleshoot operational issues,
