and testing knowledge- Demonstrates TPA and Should Cost processes for cost opportunity identificationWhat your background should look like- 8+ years of project management experience, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing complex project portfolios, driving product launches and cost initiatives, utilizing APQP/IATF methodologies, interacting directly with customers, and possessing strong risk management, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
- PMP certification.
