The Sourcing Manager is a key member of the regional Strategic Sourcing team, responsible for driving category strategy, delivering measurable savings, and managing supplier relationships across a defined portfolio of direct and indirect spend categories, including store construction procurement.
The role supports Mexico market and partners closely with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Store Development to ensure sourcing decisions support the company's growth, cost, risk, and sustainability objectives.
This position reports to the Regional Sourcing Director and is based in Mexico City.Key responsibilities:Strategic Sourcing & Category ManagementOwns end-to-end sourcing execution for assigned indirect/direct categoriesRuns RFx events, supplier shortlisting, and bid evaluation within category strategy set by leadershipMaintains category spend baselines and pipeline of sourcing opportunitiesStore Construction/Marketing ProcurementSources key vendors for construction/marketing (e.G., GC, millwork, event agencies)Tracks project-level procurement bid opportunities and vendor performance against store opening schedulesCoordinates with Real Estate, Maison SDP PM, Visual Merchandising, and Marketing teams on category-specific requirements/needsSavings & Value DeliveryDelivers negotiated savings and cost-avoidance targets for assigned categoriesTracks and reports savings performance against quarterly KPIs using standard methodologySupplier Relationship & Performance ManagementManages day-to-day relationships and performance reviews for a defined supplier baseRuns quarterly business reviews for mid-tier suppliers (SDP, Marketing etc.)Compliance,
