ROLE DESCRIPTION We're looking for a Senior Project Manager – AI & Growth Lead to drive strategic initiatives focused on AI, automation, operational efficiency, and business growth. This is a hands-on role that goes beyond traditional project management. You'll identify opportunities, develop solutions, and take ownership of projects from concept through implementation. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to automate workflows, improve business systems,



and support lead generation and revenue growth. We're looking for someone who combines technical aptitude, project management experience, and a strong understanding of marketing and customer acquisition. You don't need to be a software developer, but you should be comfortable using AI tools to build solutions and improve processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• AI & Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline operations and implement AI-powered workflows that reduce manual work and improve productivity.
• Growth Initiatives: Work with Sales and Marketing leadership to improve lead generation, campaigns, customer acquisition, CRM pipelines, lead nurturing, and conversion rates.
• Technical Solutions: Use tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and automation platforms to build lightweight internal solutions, troubleshoot issues, and improve existing systems.
• Systems & Integrations: Implement and optimize integrations between CRM platforms, databases, and business applications.
• Data & Performance: Analyze business metrics, identify growth opportunities, and recommend improvements based on measurable results.
• Project Management:



Lead cross-functional projects from planning through implementation, coordinating with internal teams, developers, and external vendors as needed.
• Continuous Improvement: Research emerging technologies, evaluate new tools, and develop scalable processes that support the company's growth. QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of experience in project management, business operations, process improvement, revenue operations, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, or Cursor to solve business problems.
• Experience implementing automations using Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms.
• Experience in marketing, lead generation, or sales operations, with an understanding of marketing funnels, campaigns, lead nurturing, and conversion strategies.
• Experience working with CRM systems such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, databases, and software development concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently turn ideas into working solutions.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience analyzing business data.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
