You will work closely with buyers, suppliers, logistics, and internal customers to maintain accurate order information and protect project schedules.How You ́ll Make An ImpactMonitor open purchase orders and drive timely order confirmations, delivery-date updates and shipping informationFolow up proactively with suppliers to identify and prevent potential delivery delaysMaintain accurate purchase order and shiping information in SAP and other procurement sustems as applicableCommunicate delivery risks, missing updates and supplier concerns to the responsible buyer and support escalation plansRespond to internal customer requests and provide clear and tomely status updates on critical ordersCollaborate with procurement, logistics and cross-functional teams to support material availability and project executionWhat You BringBachelor ́s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, International Business, Engineering or a related fieldNO MORE THAN 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in procurement, supply chain, logistics, order management or supplier follow upWorking knowledge of purchase orders, delivery dates, shipping documentation and supplier communicationKonwledge of SAPAbility to communicate efectively in englishValid passport and U.S. VisaAvailability to travel domestically and internationallyWho is Siemens Energy?
