We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage transactional activities in SAP, ensuring a smooth flow of data among suppliers, systems, and internal teams.How you'll make an impact:Create inbound delivery notes in SAP based on shipping documentsMaintain SAP handling units, including physical parameters of purchased materialsWork closely with Transport Planners and provide them with accurate data to ensure timely and efficient transport arrangementsCommunicate with internal and external suppliers, clarifying discrepancies between shipping documents and purchase ordersBuild strong relationships with Hitachi Energy's purchasing and logistics teams, as well as direct-material suppliersCoordinate the inbound delivery data flow from the purchase order through the SAP modules until the delivery is bookedResponsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelinesYour Background:Experience in logistics or purchasing (5+ years)Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level, spoken and written)Hands-on experience with SAP logistics or purchasing modulesKnowledge of transport terminology, regulations,
