What the day will look like The Executive Benefits Specialist provides administrative and client support services for non-qualified and supplemental benefit programs, including executive life insurance, individual disability insurance, and deferred compensation arrangements.
This role supports both employer clients and plan participants by ensuring accurate plan administration, high-quality service delivery, and effective communication.
The Specialist plays a key role in the day-to-day management of benefit plans, partnering with internal teams, carriers, and clients to deliver a seamless and positive experience.
