Logistics and Demand Coordinator About the Role The role is responsible for ensuring the availability of the goods, from the producing factory to the customers, and controlling related suppliers, processes and costs for transport and warehousing.
In addition, the role is responsible for owning, facilitating, and the administration of local company sales forecasting and demand management for their respective customers/customer-segments.
What You Will Do Coordinates inbound/outbound flows to/from the warehouses delivering the local market.
Ensures the goods availability for customer orders, pilot the targeted stock level in coordination with Supply Chain.
Coordinates information and actions with Customer Service and Supply Chain in case of out of stocks situation.
Controls IDCs and external providers performance (warehousing and transport) via KPI reviews and inventories.
Analyzes service complaints from customers and ensures that corrective actions are implemented.
Depending on delegation, attends and supports tenders and negotiation, conducts studies
