- Supports the International LFO in providing the dedicated Finance coverage to the Head of International.
The role is set up to navigate the complex and broad nature of issues facing the International franchise.
Works with local management and general/local finance on certain strategic actions and issue resolution ensuring consistency in identification and execution.
Supports Client analytics and Competitor Analysis for International in addition to broader ad hoc / special project analytics.
Works with regional partners in Finance and business, offering insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks.
Manages forward looking processes, partnering with FP 401(k); life, accident, and disability insurance; and wellness programs.
