Drive operational excellence through process optimization, maintenance standards, cost management and continuous improvement, while developing team capabilities and ensuring compliance with Safety, Quality and Manufacturing Excellence standards.
What You Will Do Lead and optimize manufacturing processes using statistical and quality tools.

Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis, process control and standarisation.
Manage the department budget, resources and maintenance plans.
Monitor KPIs and develop improvement actions to achieve business objectives.
Support product, material and CAPEX projects.
Coach and develop operational teams to achieve performance objectives.
Ensure effective payroll and people management within the department.
