Title and Summary Manager, Product Commercialization - SME Solutions (LAC) At Mastercard, we have a compelling opportunity to scale a high-value Services business for our Commercial customers—extending the success of our Consumer model across Commercial an advanced degree is preferred.
Experience in product commercialization, go-to-market strategy, management consulting, financial services, account management, business strategy, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience bringing products, services, or value propositions to market across complex, multi-market environments.
Strong understanding of commercialization, go-to-market execution, and value proposition development.
Experience in the payments, fintech, or financial-services industry is strongly preferred.
Experience working with financial institutions, fintechs,



commercial payments, or SME-related solutions is an advantage.
Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
Strong execution capability, including the ability to create structure, navigate ambiguity, and drive cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build compelling commercial narratives.
Comfortable operating across integral, regional, and market teams in a highly matrixed organization.
Professional fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Portuguese is preferred.
Availability to work from the office three days per week.
