Procure supplies, materials, services, and equipment to ensure delivery within the required timeframe.
Create and maintain purchase orders for the current product line and ensure on-time delivery to eliminate backorders and stockouts.
Plan, schedule, and oversee the movement of materials throughout the order fulfillment cycle.
Communicate any actual or potential material shortages to the team.
Ensure suppliers have all necessary product information to meet quality standards and production delivery requirements.
Monitor internal minimum and maximum inventory levels, as well as supplier safety stock, to maximize inventory turnover while ensuring material availability.

Experiencia y requisitos
5 years of experience in a related purchasing/procurement role.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Proficiency in Excel, SolidWorks, and Smartsheet
