Responsibilities: Validate and process travel and expense reports ensuring compliance with global and local policies.
Monitor adherence to corporate guidelines and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Operational ExcellenceIdentify opportunities for process improvement and automation.Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in TnE operations.
System and Tool Utilization Use platforms such as M3, BlackLine, BI, and ServiceNow for expense validation, reporting, and workflow optimization.
Maintain data integrity and support digital transformation initiatives.
Stakeholder Collaboration Communicate effectively with internal teams and regional stakeholders.
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding TnE policies and procedures.
Performance Monitoring Track and analyze KPIs related to travel and expense processes.
Prepare reports and recommend corrective actions to meet performance targets.
Your profile: Relevant University degree preferred.
Experience in travel expense audits in a multinational company.
Good command of Spanish.
Working knowledge of English preferred.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, Excel.




Knowledge of ERP systems like Infor M3 and BPCS will be an advantage.
