- Job Posting Date: **********Identify relevant industrial use cases Capture and prioritize industrial use-cases, operational constraints and performance targets KPIWrite the associated technical specificationPrepare the material needed for the humanoid training centerIdentify the best design for the gripper based on the existing ones inside VALEO factoriesLead the RO humanoid training center Fine tuning of the VLA until the accuracy KPI is reachedCheck if the time could be optimized with simulation SIM2REAL (like NVIDIA Isaac Sim or MuJoCo)Train the robots on supply chain and dexterity industrial tasks with the materials delivered by the plants (real conditions)Lead trainees and PhD to support this activityIdentify and build the needed trainings for engineering and industrial VALEO teams corresponding to the technologies involved and testedPrepare the robots to be sent to the VALEO plantsBased on lessons learned, write recommendations to start designing the future assets compatible with the humanoid constraints,



in collaboration with the process engineering network ("Humanoid process design")Maintain a technology watch Compile the state of the Art and integrate the new technologies inside the humanoid training center (like RL + VLA, or new open or weight sources like discrete or video VLA and use of UMI : universal manipulation interface)Participate in the main events or exhibition shows organised to touch the technology and build a strong external networkLead division suppliers and challenge them Run the robots defined by division inside the RO training centerParticipate by the division suppliers to all the needed trainings to be at the best level in VLAScan permanently the panel of suppliers, involving newcomersVisit the supplier's facilities and invite them in VALEO plants to check their abilities in the workfloorAfter check-in, suggest any need to add newcomers inside the division panelEvaluate the maturity of the technology Experiment the technology across POC (proof of concept) workshops in the VALEO plantsEvaluate the main KPI definedUpdate the specifications with the lessons learnedPrepare a safe use of the humanoid in our factories :



Support Division to write the safety framework to be applied worldwideSupport Division to build the cybersafety framework to be applied worldwideEnsure ongoing compliance with evolving industrial regulations and norms Coordinate the activity : at division POWER level : with the Digital Manager of RO Drive and the Digital Manager of RO Thermal; at Group level: with all the RO plants of BRAIN and LIGHT divisionsJoin Us !
