Job DescriptionResponsabilidadesRecibir, clasificar y dar seguimiento a solicitudes de proveedores y usuarios internos a través de los canales de atención.Orientar a proveedores sobre registro, carga de documentos, presentación de facturas y uso de las plataformas correspondientes.Resolver consultas habituales sobre incorporación,



uso de catálogos y accesos cuando lo permitan los procedimientos.Registrar y dar seguimiento a incidencias técnicas en el sistema de tickets autorizado y escalar los casos no resueltos.Mantener registros confiables de los casos, tiempos de respuesta y problemas frecuentes.Detectar incidencias recurrentes y compartir oportunidades de mejora con los analistas senior.Cumplir los requisitos de confidencialidad, los flujos documentados y los estándares de servicio.
