GENERAL SUMMARYThe Dock Auditor reports to the Quality Manager or designate.
This position is responsible for daily auditing of product quality to ensure product compliance with applicable QMS procedures and customer requirements.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSCompletion dock audit inspection for all required productInspect stamped / welded / assembled product to standards defined in Quality Documentation and work instructionsCompletion of visual and/or gage inspectionsCompletion of associated inspection documentationMaintain records of auditsIn addition to performing primary duties,



the individual shall provide support where deemed necessary by Management5S Work area organization adherence and improvementMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTSEducation:High School DiplomaExperience:2 years manufacturing experience2 years computer (PC) experiencePersonal/Technical Skills:Fundamental understanding of Quality Documentation and In-Process InspectionKnowledge of gage useWill have the ability to work a schedule that allows completion of the job on a daily basis.Organizational skills to maintain required audits and documentation to scheduleDetail oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.Ability to understand and follow written work instructions for gage use and part inspection#J-*****-Ljbffr
