Global Commodity Buyer – Corporate Real Estate Location: Monterrey, Mexico (Global Scope) Reports to: Indirect Procurement Commodity Manager Department: Global Indirect Procurement Role Overview The Integral Corporate Real Estate Cmdty Buyer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing the procurement of real estate-related services, construction projects, facility management contracts, leases, and associated vendor agreements.
The role ensures cost-effective purchasing, compliance with company policies, risk mitigation, and the delivery of high-quality services that support business objectives.
In this global role, you will define and execute the procurement strategy for Corporate Real Estate, ensuring full alignment with FLS's business objectives and driving value creation, innovation, and sustainability throughout the supply base.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Define and implement the annual procurement strategy for Corporate Real Estate in line with global business goals.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization, innovation and risk mitigation.
Lead cross-functional category councils and governance forums to ensure procurement initiatives support business priorities.
