Product Design Senior Principal Scientist Main Purpose Product Design Senior Principal Scientist serves as a pivotal Visionary, Architect, Catalyst and Coach within a multi-disciplinary team responsible for leveraging genomic, phenomic, and environmental data to design improved germplasm.
The role demands the individual to function as a strategic leader in the delivery of enhanced seed products, data insights, and prescriptions to the Product Development pipeline through utilization of accelerated breeding schemes and innovations in genomics, quantitative genetics, computational biology, and functional genomics.
The position necessitates spearheading innovation, understanding, adoption and application to plant breeding of the latest scientific breakthroughs in Germplasm Improvement Science.
