Bachelors Degree Industrial Engineering. Bachelors Degree Mechanical Engineering. 4 years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing processes.

Position Purpose:

Following internal and external quality standards, occasional Supervision.Analyze to detect problems, suggests action to rework.Decision and problem solution with medium risk, could affect departments goals.Expected to make changes to improve his task.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

:Task level II .
:Occupant may supervise employees and support formal training .
:People, teamwork, communication skills .
:Analyze to identify problems .
:Actions to avoid reworks and futures problems .
:Coordinates, plan and implement projects, strategies and actions to assure the Processes control that lead us to meet Internal and External quality goals, the success of new products introduction and that promotes the continuous improvement of the different processes .
:Proposals for changes in 3D .
:Solution to process improvements .
:Coordinate equipment delivery to production .
:Analysis activities for customer satisfaction .
:Support teams in saving analysis projects.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

:Knowledge and skill in reading and interpreting blueprints, work orders (Route Cards) and general specifications, (SPECS, GAMPS, MEPS, MIL).




:Six sigma certification / lean certification (preferably).
:English spoken and written (90 advanced).
:Project Administration.
:Analytical and reporting statistics and results.
:Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
:Microsoft Office, MS project.
:Knowledge of Planning Audits.
:Knowledge of CAS, CATIA V5, SMARTEAM, Solumina, TPX.
:Knowledge of Aerospace manufacturing processes.
:Root Cause Analysis.
:Skills in project management and coordination (preferably).
