Dauch Corporation in Villagrán, Mexico, seeks a Plant Engineer – Product & Process with solid automotive manufacturing experience, especially in machining, to lead process optimization and support operational excellence.

You will design, develop and optimize manufacturing processes; drive cycle time reductions; and develop documentation such as Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEAs, Control Plans and work instructions. SolidWorks CAD experience is preferred.
