Collaboration Engineer – Microsoft Teams & Zoom

Role Summary

We are seeking a Collaboration Engineer to administer and support enterprise Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and Zoom environments. The adecuado candidate will have hands‑on experience in platform administration, L1/L2 troubleshooting, user and license management, and PowerShell automation.

Experience with Microsoft Teams and/or Zoom migration projects is highly preferred. The role also involves collaborating with identity and infrastructure teams to support SSO, Entra ID, and access management integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support enterprise Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and Zoom environments.
- Provide L1/L2 technical support and troubleshoot collaboration, audio/video conferencing, and connectivity issues.
- Manage user accounts, licenses, policies, permissions, and configurations through Microsoft 365 and Zoom admin portals.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Support user onboarding, platform adoption, and end‑to‑end Teams/Zoom migration activities.
- Assist with migration planning, execution,



and post‑migration troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with identity and infrastructure teams on SSO, Microsoft Entra ID, and access management integrations.
- Participate in enterprise collaboration deployment and transformation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and Zoom administration.
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and administrative tasks.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, and identity/access management.
- Expertise in user, license, policy, and permission administration.
- Experience providing L1/L2 support for collaboration platforms, including audio/video conferencing.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and/or Zoom migration projects.
- Experience with user onboarding, platform configuration, and post‑migration support.

Preferred Qualifications

- Direct experience in enterprise‑scale Microsoft Teams or Zoom migration projects.
- Experience supporting global enterprise collaboration environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
