Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. is seeking an HR Generalist to deliver Global HR Service Delivery across the employee lifecycle. The role combines end-to-end HR operations, process knowledge, and digital enablement to create a human-centric and compliant experience.

The position supports Tier 2 queries, manages HR transactions, and contributes to HR transformation, process design, and workflow optimization within a integral, matrixed environment. Fluency in English is preferred.
