Blacksmith Agency LLC, a fully remote US digital agency with 30-40 people, seeks a Finance and Operations Lead who owns finance end to end and the people operations that go with it, reporting to ownership as the senior finance person. You run it on your own.
You will manage monthly close, cash, payables, receivables, and controls; lead FP&A; models and forecasts; oversee onboarding/offboarding for a multi-country remote team; and provide clear ownership insights to guide strategic decisions.
