Salvo Software LLC is seeking a Mid-Level Technical Support Specialist to keep our distributed teams across the Americas productive, secure, and connected. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, own the day-to-day lifecycle of devices and user accounts, and help maintain our internal systems. You will collaborate with our DevOps Engineer to uphold infrastructure standards, apply patches, manage MFA, and assist with ticketing and documentation.
