Job Description Responsable de liberación de producto, auditar puntos críticos de calidad en controles, métodos y maquinaria, así como seguir y verificar que se sigan los procedimientos que involucran la detección y segregación de material / producto no conforme para asegurar la calidad del producto final.

Responsabilidades:
Garantizar el servicio a las áreas operativas, de acuerdo con el área de trabajo asignada.
Recibir y entregar turno de acuerdo con bitácora de pendientes y rondín al área de trabajo asignada.
Realizar auditorías del programa Customer Satisfaction Initiative.
Realizar el llenado de template de baja de materia , así como realizar la baja del material spoilage mediante SAP.
Verificar registros de PNC y retrabajo; Realizar el registro de los eventos PNC en las bases de datos.
Solicitar comunicados de calidad cuando aplique,



comunicar alertas y registrar alertas que han sido enviadas.
Asegurar que los materiales vírgenes segregados como no conformes, estén identificados (etiqueta roja).
Preparar físicamente de retornos de material.
Realizar liberaciones de calidad cuando aplique.
Realizar COA & COC.
Qualifications Preparatoria terminada
6 meses a 1 año de experiencia en industria de manufactura en áreas de calidad
Conocimiento de paquetería office
Conocimiento en programa SAP
Habilidad para la toma de decisiones, orden/organización, comunicación efectiva, trabajo en equipo
