C.H. Robinson is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to help transform data into actionable insights that drive better business outcomes across our integral organization. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across teams to design, develop, and deliver analytics solutions that improve operational performance, support strategic decision-making, and advance supply chain innovation. You will leverage business intelligence tools, data analysis, and visualization techniques to uncover opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and enhance the value we deliver to customers and partners.

Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support business intelligence solutions that provide meaningful operational insights and drive informed decision-making

Create impactful dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI and Tableau to communicate business performance and opportunities

Partner with business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver data-driven solutions that address key challenges

Develop, optimize, and maintain database queries, reporting datasets, analytics platforms, and technical documentation to ensure scalability and reliability

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, measure business impacts, and develop predictive and analytical solutions that support strategic initiatives

Support data integrity, performance optimization,



and reporting best practices while enhancing existing analytics tools and processes

Provide project support by documenting requirements, tracking progress, facilitating discussions, and communicating recommendations to stakeholders and leadership

Engage with customers and internal partners to identify opportunities for analysis, prioritize business needs, and deliver insights that create measurable value

Serve as a subject matter expert on reporting and analytics capabilities, providing guidance on report development and data-driven decision making

Contribute to innovative data products and insights that help improve supply chain efficiency, customer experiences, and business outcomes globally

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum 2 years of analytics experience developing business solutions using comprehensive, robust data assets

Intermediate knowledge and practical application of a programming language

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

Logistics and supply chain experience

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and strong working proficiency with the broader Microsoft Office Suite

Strong understanding of data fundamentals and passion for data integrity, testing, and validation

Experience working with product teams in an iterative environment

Positive, collaborative working style

Effective communicator and data/reporting/business liaison through multiple mediums
