We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations within the automotive industry in Santa Catarina, Actual León.
This is a key leadership position responsible for the overall performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of multiple technical areas across the plant.
Areas under this position:
Plastic Injection Molding Equipment
Assembly Lines & Secondary Equipment
Paint Lines
Paint Booths / Paint Shops
Tool Room & Mold Maintenance
Facilities & Plant Infrastructure
MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations)
The Maintenance Manager will have direct responsibility for these areas and will lead their respective teams, ensuring equipment reliability, operational continuity, preventive and corrective maintenance, cost control,
and continuous improvement.

Maintenance Management experience within the automotive industry
plastic injection molding
paint lines and paint booths
assembly lines and secondary equipment
mold maintenance and tool room operations
facilities and plant infrastructure
MRO management, spare parts and maintenance resources
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement
Advanced English proficiency
