Channel Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for channel partner recruitment and development.

Identify and prospect potential channel partners (resellers, distributors, system integrators, etc.).





Negotiate partnership agreements and establish clear performance metrics.

Onboard and train new partners on our client's product portfolio, value proposition, and sales processes.

Provide ongoing support and enablement to existing partners to drive sales and market penetration.

Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and success of channel initiatives.

Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new channel opportunities.

Manage partner communications and foster strong, collaborative relationships.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in channel management, partner program development, or indirect sales, preferably in the tech/SaaS industry.

Proven ability to identify, recruit, and onboard new partners.

Strong understanding of different channel models and partner enablement strategies.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a remote work environment.

Strategic thinking and strong business acumen.

Experience with CRM and partner relationship management (PRM) tools.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
