Samsara is hiring a Customer Success Manager for a remote role open to Mexico residents. You will work with Sales, Support, and Product to ensure customer success and renewals, travel up to 30% as needed, and help customers maximize value from our IoT platform.
Idóneo candidates have 2–5 years in CS/AM, SaaS experience, and fluency in Spanish and English. Relocation is not provided; travel up to 30% will be required.
