Your role
Your mission is to deliver skilled on-site service that keeps our customers' equipment performing reliably and safely. You use your expertise to repair, maintain, and support the technology they depend on. Through your work, you help customers secure the uptime and performance they need to run their operations with confidence. You join the IAS Mexico Customer Center Service team and report into the Service Operations Manager.

Your Skills And Experience

Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related degree

Experience in equipment maintenance or production environments

Preventive and corrective maintenance

Equipment troubleshooting and fault diagnosis

Equipment repair and technical service

Ability to read and work with technical documentation

Use of repair, diagnostic and testing tools

On-site technical support and permanent travel availability

Customer service and complaint handling

Identification of customer technical needs

Clear communication with customers

Preparation of service reports

Promotion of service products and solutions

Customer-oriented mindset

Strong problem-solving skills

Planning and execution skills

Ability to work independently

Intermediate English

Microsoft Office proficiency

Your job location
This role requieres you to travel to our customer plants on a constant basis. A preferred strategic place of residence for this position is Querétaro.
