Blacksmith Agency is a fully remote US digital agency with 30 to 40 people, handling websites, SEO, paid media and branding. As Head of Finance and Operations you own finance end to end, plus the people operations that go with it, reporting straight to ownership as the senior finance person. You run it on your own.
You will manage monthly close, FP&A;, cash flow, and people operations for a distributed team across several countries, providing clear updates and strategic guidance to leadership.
