Ford is seeking a Maintenance Lead to direct and coordinate the shift’s technical maintenance team, ensuring maximum uptime of automotive assembly lines. You will respond quickly to downtime, execute TPM/MOS plans, and uphold strict LOTO/ZES safety standards across equipment such as presses, robots, and conveyors.
You will also validate high‑risk permits, supervise maintenance handovers, and ensure accurate work‑order logging in Maximo.
