You’ll own customer acquisition and marketing performance across channels, collaborating with Product, Data, Risk, and Operations to align growth with business goals while leading a growth marketing team.
This is a hands-on, strategic role. You’ll build and scale the growth function, own ROI, and use data to drive decisions quickly in a 100% remote role with residency in South America.
