60 Decibels is seeking a Business Development Lead for Latin America to drive growth from lead generation to contract closure. You will manage client relationships with impact investors, banks, foundations, and corporates, and coordinate with the LatAm team to scale revenue in the region.
The role requires 10+ years in sales or BD, deep Latin America experience, and fluency in Spanish and English. Mexico City base; hybrid work with onboarding support.
