Key Responsibilities

Analyze manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost reduction, and quality.

Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies, including automation solutions.

Develop and optimize production layouts and workflows for maximum efficiency.

Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to solve complex manufacturing challenges.

Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for manufacturing processes.

Utilize lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma) to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Troubleshoot production issues remotely, providing timely support to manufacturing floor personnel.

Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product realization.

Manage simulation and modeling projects to test and validate process changes before implementation.

Stay current with emerging manufacturing technologies and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering,



Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process improvement, or production management.

Proven expertise in lean manufacturing methodologies, automation, and process optimization.

Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, materials, and production equipment.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Demonstrated experience with CAD/CAM software and manufacturing simulation tools.

Exceptional remote communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required for effective general collaboration.
