Key Responsibilities

Execute full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to clients.





Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates across various professional levels and industries.

Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit aligned with client requirements.

Manage candidate pipelines and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring journey.

Build and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment on recruitment goals.

Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) efficiently to manage candidate data and recruitment workflows.

Provide insights and recommendations on market trends and recruitment best practices to clients.

Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at all stages of the selection process.

Requirements

Demonstrable experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within a Consultoría de selección de personal firm.

Proven ability to source and engage candidates effectively using digital tools and networking.

Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.

Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adapted for remote interaction.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Reside in Mexico and have the legal right to work.
