Job Overview Utilizes production equipment and tools to carry out production activities that are in line with regulations.
Job Requirements Education and Experience Requirements
Technical or Engineering degrees in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in cable or electronics assembly.
Knowledge of process validation, tooling design, and production ramp-up.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, process documentation, and engineering specifications.
Experience with pilot builds, root cause analysis,



and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong hands-on skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
What your background should look like Typically requires 1-2 years of related work experience. Completion of high school, vocational training, or equivalent is preferred.
