Key Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and enhancing overall store profitability.

Supervise and guide retail staff,



ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.

Manage inventory levels, conduct stocktakes, and ensure accurate merchandising.

Implement and maintain store visual merchandising standards to attract customers and drive sales.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and professionally.

Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.

Contribute to the development and execution of local marketing initiatives.

Analyze sales reports and provide insights to the Store Manager.

Support the training and development of new and existing staff members.

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in retail supervision or assistant management.

Demonstrated ability to influence sales and motivate a team.

Strong customer service skills and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management practices.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work a versátil schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience in visual merchandising is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
