Gowan Company is seeking an experienced FP&A; professional to act as the finance partner to HR, R&D; and Supply Chain. You will build strong relationships with functional leaders, review budgets and results, and help them understand and manage their numbers.
You will lead payroll analyses, annual budgeting, and the integral budget processes, including intercompany allocations and Capex investments. Strong Excel and Power BI skills, plus remote-work experience, are essential.
