About the Role Our client, a leading international company in the e-commerce sector, is actively seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Telephone Sales Agent to join their fully remote team. Key Responsibilities Contact prospective customers via telephone to promote and sell products and services.
Effectively communicate the value proposition, features, and benefits of our client’s offerings.
Address customer inquiries, provide information, and overcome objections to facilitate sales.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track customer interactions, and record sales activities accurately.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through clear and persuasive communication.




Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to overall team success.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotional campaigns, and industry trends.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Participate in regular virtual training sessions and team meetings.
Requirements Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a customer-facing role with a strong sales component.
Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) is essential for this role.
Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive speaking skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace at home.
A high school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
Ability to adapt quickly to new products, services, and sales strategies.
