About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Production Planner to join their team in Acapulco, Guerrero . This role is vital for optimizing the execution of construction projects by developing detailed production schedules and ensuring the efficient allocation of resources. You will be responsible for translating project plans into actionable work plans, coordinating with site teams, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion of milestones. The adecuado candidate will possess strong planning and organizational skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. This on-site role requires a proactive individual dedicated to efficient project delivery in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities Develop detailed short-term and long-term production schedules for construction projects.
Coordinate with site supervisors and project managers to align production plans with overall project objectives.
Allocate labor, equipment, and materials efficiently to support production schedules.
Monitor construction progress against planned schedules and identify any deviations.
Implement corrective actions to address delays and optimize resource utilization.
Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Prepare regular progress reports on production status and schedule adherence.




Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in the production process and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders regarding production plans and schedules.
Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and methodologies.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in production planning or scheduling within the construction industry.
Proven ability to develop and manage complex construction schedules.
Proficiency in project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and resource management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with site teams and management.
Knowledge of local construction practices in Guerrero is beneficial.
