TCS is looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Techno Functional Consultant
(Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, it will be requested to attend office at least 3 day per week)

Job summary

Actively participate in the blueprinting sessions to understand the business requirements

Responsible for driving the requirements, analysing and proposing the best solution to customer.

Responsible for the co-ordination between the TCS implementation team and business stakeholder to drive the solution in the right path.

Responsible for requirement documents, process map, use case diagrams and workflow diagrams.

Lead the technical solution delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement

Fit/Gap Analysis – identify technical solution for gaps

Create detailed technical architecture and design documents for customizations, integrations and data migration

Participate in estimation for changes and enhancements to the system

Experience required





Experience of working in onsite-offshore model Experience of preparing Knowledge based articles and standard operating procedures

Exposure to IT service management processes and tools like ServiceNow

Experience of working in Agile methodology

Experience in Stakeholder management and collaboration

Experience of working under pressure and to deadlines
