Key Responsibilities

Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and property valuations.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.

Market and present exclusive properties to potential buyers, highlighting key features and investment potential.

Negotiate purchase agreements and facilitate smooth closing processes.

Collaborate with legal and financial advisors to ensure all transactions comply with regulations.

Stay abreast of market trends, property laws, and industry best practices.

Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective strategy and execution.

Manage property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing presentation across all platforms.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Advisor, preferably in a high-end market.

Deep knowledge of the Cancún real estate market and surrounding areas.

Excellent negotiation, sales, and customer service skills.

Strong understanding of real estate contracts, legalities, and closing procedures.

Proficiency in CRM software and real estate listing platforms.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish; English proficiency is a strong asset.

Ability to work independently and manage a demanding schedule.

Valid real estate license or relevant certifications.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or a related field is preferred.
