Blacksmith Agency is looking for a Generative AI Engineer to own and ship our internal automation roadmap, focusing on production LLM and agent systems used by real teammates daily. This full-time role is a dedicated, single-job position with a strong emphasis on building rather than researching.
Idóneo candidates have shipped an LLM system to production, can explain the project in detail, and are comfortable collaborating with a US-based team.
