Onbench, Inc. is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist (Braze) to join our marketing team. You will leverage Braze to create and optimize multi-channel campaigns that enhance customer retention and engagement across push, email, and in-app messaging.
You will analyze campaign performance, drive data integration, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to take the customer engagement strategy to the next level while working a part-time remote LATAM role, with Mexico City preferred.
