Freudenberg in Mexico is seeking a chemical engineer to lead polyurethane recipe development and provide technical support to production. You will manage the MCU lab, inspect raw materials, and ensure quality while mentoring new staff and implementing automation ideas.
Required are 4+ years in microcellular urethane and familiarity with automotive manufacturing, plus lean methods and core quality tools. Strong English is essential; on-site work in Querétaro.
