Carrier is seeking a proactive NPD Quality Engineer to oversee quality throughout the product development lifecycle in Mexico. You will lead risk management, support DFMEA/PFMEA activities, and ensure critical characteristics are controlled during prototype to production ramp-up.
The role requires reading engineering drawings, knowledge of quality tools, and collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, supplier quality, and operations. Fluent English and visa eligibility are required.
