Tasks
What a day in this role looks like?

Provide administrative support in Recruitment Services (E2E - Applicant Screening, sourcing, phone Interviews, etc.)

Performs HR Reporting and Data Maintenance

Creation of Talent Acquisition strategies based on Business Partners’ need, involving Market research, Job boards research

Collaborates in the team operational performance process, quality, compliance & business partner satisfaction

Direct communication with Hiring Managers and Human Resources personnel for LH Companies for The Americas’ & Asia regions

Works in a highly data sensitive environment, responsible for protecting Data Privacy/ Compliance at all time

Collaborates in continuous improvement (Kaizen ideas and similar)

Takeover of additional tasks when required

Requirements
Are you ready to Take-off with us? Know more about the requirements:

Bachelor in Psychology, Accounting, Business Administration or similar

1 year of experience within HR processes desirable

Advanced command of English, both written and spoken

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, with special focus in Microsoft Excel

Excellent attention to detail

Respects and integrates different perspectives

Can adapt quickly to new situations and conditions

Must possess a legal work permit in Mexico
