Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven professional to manage and streamline our freight distribution network. In this role, you will be key in securing equipment, optimizing lane margins, and coordinating transport agreements to meet company standards and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive company profitability by continuously negotiating freight rates with new and existing transport partners.
- Expand our operational network by building strong, long-term relationships with a diverse pool of trucking companies.
- Assign, finalize, and log shipments with selected transport providers while consistently meeting target margins and corporate quality guidelines.
- Produce accurate spot and contract rate quotes based on specific commodities, lane data, and shipping volumes.

Candidate Profile:

- Advanced,



fluent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven background in transportation logistics or freight brokerage environments.
- Deep understanding of US geography, spot market trends, and freight seasonality.
- Exceptional persuasion, communication, and negotiation capabilities.

Work Schedule & Location:

- Type: 100% ON SITE (No remote or hybrid options available).
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.
