Academical degree with main focus on logistics or production.

Project & process management in the area of logistics processes.

Management experiences and leadership within projects.

Min. 5 years of experience in same or similar positions in the automotive industry.

Project & Process Management leading complex projects and international teams in the automotive industry.

Lean Experience.

Knowledge of SAP/ERP system.

Knowledge in logistics and production flows, warehouse and material flow planning.





Consulting and customizing experience in SAP processes (modules MM, WM, PP, SD, PM).

Very good written and spoken English skills, further languages are desirable.

Analytical thinking, eager to improve, able to organize and prioritize work / organization, leadership, contact and communications skills, customer oriented behavior, data preparation and analysis.

Working independently.
